How Do I Meet People?

Small Groups help us develop our relationship with God and our relationship with each other. Sudley Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for fellowship. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Sudley.

Adult Small Groups

God never intended for us to live the Christian life alone. How can we apply these “love one another” references unless we are in intentional, close relationships with each other? God calls us to love, not in an abstract or superficial way, but in a deep, face to face, life-on-life, transformative way – which in today’s world is difficult and inevitably messy.
At Sudley United Methodist Church we refuse to live life alone, we believe that life is greatest when it’s enjoyed with others. That’s why we put such a big emphasis on our small groups.

Small Groups are simply people taking the next steps on our journey with Christ together. They’re a great avenue to meet new people and to develop life-long friendships with each other and Christ!

United Women In Faith

The UWF is a community of women who know and serve God through a creative, supportive fellowship that expands mission through participation in local and global ministries of the church. They meet the 3rd Saturday of each month. The UWF also sponsors the Annual Bazaar which features a Turkey & Oyster Dinner and a Country Store to help fund missions.

United Methodist Men

Accountability among men is an act of integrity. The UMM is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. The UMM meet the 2nd Saturday of the month. They have breakfast, host yard sales, help cook Sudley Supper, attend a men’s retreat each Spring and much more
