How Do I Meet People?

Sudley Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for fellowship. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant  community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Sudley.

Small Groups
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, Sudley has a small group that will fit your needs.

Youth Ministry
Each Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, children get to participate in their own Bible classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of our church is recognized for their meaningful interaction with kids.

Young Adults
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group at Sudley provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.

Women’s Groups
Sudley offers two United Methodist Women’s groups to give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups, located in several locations throughout our community, are times of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

United Methodist Men
Accountability among men is an act of integrity. The UMM is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages.  The men meet on the second Sunday of the month for a yummy home cooked meal at the church, devotions, fellowship, prayer and Bible study.
